Windsor Formal Black Dress (L)

Never worn! Purchased for a cruise I was planning on taking but it was cancelled due to COVID. I would recommend taking it to the cleaners to safely get the wrinkles out, it's been in a garment bag the whole time. Also, you need some hips to fill this dress out.
