Refund Policy

Returns, exchanges or store credit can be accepted for certain regular priced unworn and unused items, purchased directly from the Boldcanary.com website provided we are contacted within 7 days after the delivery date (Bold Canary will send the customer a return shipping label), the tags are still attached to the item(s) and the item(s) is/are free from damage, alterations, all makeup, deodorant, perfume/cologne, wear, tear etc. SHIPPING/DELIVERY IS NON-REFUNDABLE unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

All credit card refunds will be placed on the original card used for purchase.

Return Process: Customer needs to email Bold Canary a picture of the item with a copy of the receipt. Bold Canary will mail/email the customer a shipping return label. Once the customer’s returned item(s) is/are received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify them that we have received their returned item(s). We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund. If the return is approved, then the customer’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment minus any shipping fees that were originally paid by the customer unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • It’s been more than 7 days past the delivery date.
