How it works:

If an item has the "Make your offer" button. Click it and make an offer on that product. If the deal is accepted you will know instantly and the accepted price will be updated in your cart.

If the deal is rejected, no worries, just place a more competitive offer and see if it gets accepted.

An accepted offer does not reserve the item for you. So, if you make an offer and don't make a purchase someone else can still purchase the item before you. So if you snooze you can lose.
